1️⃣ Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

Absolutely! You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

✔️ Item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original packaging with all tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We’ll arrange reverse shipping from your doorstep. (Only in case your area is not serviceable, you'll be requested to self-ship the item.)

2️⃣ What if I want to exchange for a different size or style?

We totally get it — sometimes a size or vibe just doesn’t hit right.

💥 We offer free exchanges for:

• Size issues
• Incorrect product
• Damaged product

Just raise your request within 7 days. We’ll schedule a pickup, and once your original piece is back with us, your perfect match will be on the way and it will be delivered with in 3 to 5 working days.

3️⃣ What if the item I received is damaged or wrong?

Oops! We're so sorry.

📸 Just click a clear picture and send it to care@insaneful.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll replace it or refund you — your call.

4️⃣ How does the refund process work?

💳 For Prepaid Orders:

• Credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after return is received.

💵 For COD Orders:

• Share your bank details and the amount will be credited within 7 working days.

📌 Important Notes

• COD Charges are non-refundable
• A ₹100 reverse shipping fee applies for returns
• Customers are only required to self-ship if the pickup location is non-serviceable
• Sale items, used/worn clothes, gift cards, or items without original tags/packaging are non-returnable
• We do not accept returns with signs of wear, perfume, damage, or alterations
