Sometimes, deliveries don’t go through — here’s what might cause it:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unavailable recipient or unreachable phone
• Delivery area is restricted or inaccessible
• Payment not made for COD orders
• The recipient has moved

🚫 After three failed delivery attempts, your order will be automatically canceled.

🔁 Returns via Self-Shipping (Only for Non-Serviceable Pincodes)

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your location — no need to self-ship unless your area is non-serviceable.

📦 Important:

• Use secure packaging to avoid damage/loss.
• Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

• We recommend using India Post Speed Post (reliable & budget-friendly).
• Avoid The Professional Couriers due to service issues.

🔁 Once we receive the returned item in perfect condition, your refund will be processed.
